Get introduced to canicross in a 1:2:1 workshop. You don't have to be a runner to start out, and whether you decide to walk or run, canicross is a fantastic way to get fit with your own furry paw-sonal trainer!
Beginner
Join a small group of other beginners on your fitness journey of couch to 5k. Full support from your trainer, dedicated 8 week course. Build confidence with the canicross equipment, whilst giving your furry friend their daily exercise.
Improver
Do you want to challenge yourself in a supportive, social group? You and your dog will build on the distance and fitness together - a personal journey, alongside new friends and fitness buddies.
